Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox is a Scottish native singer. Her birth date was 25 December 1954 in Aberdeen. Dorothy Farquharson was her mother as was Thomas Allison Lennox was her father. Lennox attended Lennox's Royal Academy of Music, London in the 70s. She was a harpsichord student and flautist piano over 3 years. The money she earned came from an allowance for students and went on part-time employment to augment her budget. Lennox wasn't satisfied with the level of her performance compared with the other students at Royal Academy and began looking at other options. Lennox was a part of a group known as Dragons Playground as the flute player in 1976. She quit the band before New Faces, the I.T.V. talent competition. Her main role was as the lead singer in The Tourists from 1977 until in 1980. In this band, she was introduced to Dave Stewart. Together they will create their own group, the Eurythmics pop duo. Lennox then began to work on her debut solo album Diva and it was released in 1992. It was an enormous success with regard to sales and the critical acclaim. Nostalgia Lennox's sixth solo album was released in November 2014. The C.D. contains a collection of Lennoxs favourite blues and soul jazz tracks from her early years. Additionally, in May 2019, Lennox has released Lepidoptera which is a compilation of four improvised piano tracks. The E.P. Her first solo album in conjunction with her artwork at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art entitled "Now I'll Let You Go." Annie Lennox was born in 1954 on December 25. She is a philanthropist, activist as well as a singer. After minor success as a member of the band called The Tourists in the late 1970s, Lennox and co-musician Dave Stewart went on to gain international recognition as the duo known as Eurythmics during the 1980s. The year 1992 was the year Lennox began her solo career with the release of her first album Diva which yielded numerous successful tracks, including Why and Walking on Broken Glass. Medusa the studio album, which was that was released in 1995 features the versions of a few of her biggest hits, such as No MoreI I Still Love Yous (and A Whiter Shade of Pale). Six studio albums by her solo as well as a compilation album at her disposal.
